The idea behind this site is simple. The public is invited and encouraged to participate in putting the pieces together that will bring Heather home. We will post FBI documents and other pieces of information that will require you, the public, to fill in the gaps. Especially encouraged to participate are those who were local to Henderson, Madisonville, Evansville, Owensboro and the surrounding communities who will be familiar with the names, places and faces involved during the 1990s and early 2000s.
This site will be a work in progress. Background information will be added as time permits for those unfamiliar with case. However we’re going to dive right in with our first piece of the puzzle this evening: “Who is Eyepatch Man?”
If you think you know the answer to one of the puzzle pieces, all you have to do is comment on the post with the information. Due to privacy issues, all posts will be moderated before publishing. You don’t have to use your real name to post. If you prefer to send a private email, you can do so at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This site is not affiliated with any law enforcement agency. While all tips are shared with Sarah Nell Teague, Heather’s mother, she is not responsible for the funding, content, moderation, or management of the site; it is privately funded and moderated.
